Denver, CO – January 27, 2026 – Just days after a tightly contested club game, FXPO White emerged victorious over FXPO Black with a 78-74 win. With standout performances and key statistical edges deciding the outcome, the game provided an exceptional showcase of future potential.
White jumped out to an early advantage wrapping up the first quarter with and (18) point lead. Black showed resilience by battling back and taking the second quarter and tying the third. Andray Thomas locked in a game-high (27) points on 78.6% eFG and 50% 3FG (2/4). His versatility shone in critical moments, converting and-1 opportunities and knocking down 3’s that stretched the floor. Complementing Thomas, Caelum Roberts dominated the glass with a game-high (10) rebounds—seven on the offensive end—while adding 16 points, many from second-chance putbacks that proved pivotal in maintaining an advantage.
Black, however, mounted several resilient comebacks, particularly through aggressive penetration, selfless play and timely perimeter shooting that narrowed the gap to as little as two points late in the game. Tayvis Smiley led the Black Team in points with (24) and in rebounds (8) nearly recording a double-double. Ty Brown made an honorable contributuion of (17) points including clutch three-pointers and free throws that kept Black in contention. Jaden Stofell, returning from an ankle sprain, orchestrated the offense, dishing out a game-high (9) assists to set up teammates for high-percentage looks.
Both teams maintained a steady level of efficiency with Black leading at 52.5% eFG and White trailing closely at 51.5% eFG. White’s (9) turnovers, outpaced blacks (13).
Defensively, White notched (5) "kills" (three consecutive stops) to Black's (3), disrupting rhythm and converting turnovers into transition opportunities tallying 16 points. Free-throw shooting was modest for both teams—White at 66.7% (10-of-15) and Black at 68.8% (11-of-16).
